Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Mainland company formation from application to licence.
• Handle licence applications, renewals, amendments, and related transactions.
• Coordinate trade name reservation, initial approval, and activity selection.
• Prepare MOA, notarisation, and amendments where applicable.
• Track applications and ensure timely completion; provide post-licensing support.
