Job summary

OnTime HealthCare Services is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator - Mainland Business Setup to join our Business Setup team in Dubai. You will manage the end-to-end Mainland company formation process in the UAE, from activity selection to licence issuance, working with clients, authorities, and service providers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on UAE Mainland experience, strong knowledge of DED/DET procedures, and the ability to supervise multiple cases with meticulous attention to

Qualifications

• Hands-on UAE Mainland setup experience required.
• Familiar with DED/DET procedures and trade licence issuance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple cases with internal and government teams.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication with clients and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Mainland company formation from application to licence issuance.
• Handle DED/DET applications, renewals, amendments and related transactions.
• Prepare MOA, notarisation and MOHRE/Immigration related steps.
• Track progress and keep clients updated on status and documents.
• Liaise with government authorities and PRO teams to resolve issues.
