Paris Society Middle East is seeking a strong Operations Coordinator to support the COO and the Operations team in day-to-day coordination across the business. Based at the Dubai headquarters, you will ensure information, actions and priorities are coordinated and followed up with multiple venues across luxury hospitality.

You will manage meeting notes, trackers, dashboards and weekly reports, liaise with heads of departments, and help drive operational projects and new openings while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Management or a related field.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or fast-paced corporate environment is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
