Paris Society Middle East, headquartered in Dubai, seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the COO and the Operations team. The role involves day-to-day coordination, tracking projects and ensuring deadlines across the business.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Development, Culinary, Sales & Events and other support functions, with travel to venues across the Middle East as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Management or related field is required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or fast-paced corporate environments is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operational matters for the COO and Operations team.
• Maintain trackers, action plans and follow-up documents across venues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and presentations.
• Support scheduling, meetings and coordination between Head Office and venues.
