Job summary

Aldar Retail Management in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Coordinator – Retail to support the smooth day-to-day mall operations and premium service delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating internal teams, tenants, and service providers while maintaining records and preparing management reports. You will engage with VIPs and senior stakeholders, uphold luxury standards, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium environments is highly preferred.
• Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate requests between internal teams, tenants, and service providers.
• Maintain records, trackers, and office supplies.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support PRs, TCRFs, POs, and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate filing and record-keeping.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Track follow-ups and manage calendars.
• Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
• Maintain high standards of service in a luxury retail environment.
• Interact professionally with VIPs, tenants, and senior stakeholders.
• Support delivery of a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with projects and operational initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Identify and support process improvements.

Aldar Retail Management (ARM) is looking for a proactive, highly organized and service-oriented Operations Coordinator – Retail to support the smooth and efficient day-to-day mall operations.

This is a hands-on coordination and administrative role suited to a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, premium retail environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and has a strong understanding of VIP customer service, luxury retail standards and high-touch stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will combine strong operational coordination and administrative capabilities with excellent communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

• Support daily retail operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate requests between internal teams, tenants, and service providers.

Reporting & Documentation

• Assist with weekly/monthly reports, presentations, and documentation.
