Job summary

Nexus Blue Project Management is seeking a highly organized Operations Business Development Manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth from its Dubai base. You will lead multiple departments, optimize processes, and identify new business opportunities while aligning with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in operations or business development, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Operations Management, General Management, or Business Development.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of operations and process optimization.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client relationships.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate all departments for operational excellence.
• Lead and manage a team of ~15 employees across functions.
• Monitor productivity, performance, and task completion with accountability.
• Develop and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and departmental objectives.
• Coordinate with management to execute company goals and growth strategies.
• Make timely, informed decisions in daily operations.
• Handle conflict resolution and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
• Allocate resources and prioritize workloads effectively.
