Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within a diversified group or multi-business environment.
• Experience managing operations across multiple divisions, sectors and business units.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience developing, implementing and improving operational processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of KPI management, budgeting, cost control and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate between departments and maintain day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with senior management, employees, clients and suppliers.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Job description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Dubai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s day-to-day operations across multiple divisions and business sectors. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and achievement of business objectives.

The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management and various internal departments to streamline processes, improve productivity, monitor operational performance, and ensure the timely execution of business requirements. Key responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating between departments, developing and implementing operational procedures, monitoring KPIs, controlling costs, resolving operational issues, and preparing regular management reports.

The successful candidate should have experience working within a diversified business group with multiple divisions, sectors, or business units, with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate operations across different areas of the organization.

Qualification :

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within a diversified group or multi-business environment.
• Proven experience managing operations across multiple divisions, sectors, and business units, including Car Rental, Delivery & Logistics, Real Estate, and Business Management, with the ability to coordinate and oversee diverse operational functions effectively.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and improving operational processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strong ability to coordinate between departments and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Proven experience in KPI management, performance monitoring, budgeting, cost control, reporting, and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or business management systems is an advantage.
