Job summary

Salt is seeking a Business Applications Manager in Abu Dhabi to own and improve live operational applications, balancing service management, business analysis and continuous improvement.

You will work with operational teams, technology colleagues and external vendors to ensure critical systems run smoothly and deliver measurable business value, with a strong emphasis on post-go-live ownership rather than pure product transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business applications management in a live, business-critical environment.
• Direct responsibility for applications after go-live, including support and enhancements.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of operational applications, overseeing support and lifecycle management.
• Manage BAU support, incidents, escalations, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor SLAs and drive service improvements.
• Define functional requirements from business needs and prioritise delivery.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, changes and releases with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate integrations, APIs, data flows and troubleshooting with vendors.
