Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced investment operations executive to own end-to-end middle and back-office oversight for funds and DPM. You will manage IBOR/ABOR integrity, supervise outsourced providers, and drive automation and AI initiatives across the platform.

The role requires deep experience in front-to-back investment operations, strong stakeholder leadership, and knowledge of UAE regulatory context.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in investment operations, middle and back office
• Experience overseeing outsourced providers and partners
• Front-to-back platform experience (SimCorp, Aladdin, Charles River)
• Strong stakeholder management across internal and external teams
• Data governance and automation applied to operational processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee middle office and trade lifecycle across asset classes for funds and DPM
• Ensure IBOR/ABOR/OMS integrity and reconciliations with custodians and administrators
• Oversee outsourced fund accounting, NAV review, pricing and valuation controls
• Lead product development and fund launch operations, from NPA to post-launch
• Manage fund life cycle events (launches, restructurings, mergers, closures)
• Oversee outsourcing governance with SLAs, KPIs and CMA/SCA compliance
• Own client, regulatory and risk reporting and associated data delivery
• Lead platform implementation of SimCorp One including data migration and testing
• Drive data governance, automation and AI initiatives across investment operations
