Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Officer to ensure controls and procedures mitigate risk in brokerage settlements and cash operations.

You will coordinate with FAB departments and stakeholders to support asset servicing, reporting, and daily recordkeeping. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Extensive experience in financial services operations, brokerage, or markets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure controls to mitigate business and operational risk and timely settlement-related tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with FAB departments and stakeholders.
• Support asset servicing, reporting, and daily recordkeeping processes.
• Authorize processing accurately and efficiently under pressure and deadlines.
• Escalate critical issues and adapt working hours to meet role requirements.
• Prepare account/market opening documentation and KYC checks for clients.
