Job summary

MAKAMIN RECRUITMENT in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily coffee shop operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in Food & Beverage management, with a focus on coffee-focused service and exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead and develop the team, manage inventory and budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with suppliers to drive revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a operation or Coffee Shop Manager.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, particularly coffee-focused service.
• Understanding of UAE food safety regulations and labor laws.
• Preferably based in Abu Dhabi.
