Job summary

Hybrid Flow Events in Dubai seeks a part-time freelance Booking Coordinator to manage enquiries, bookings, and availability. You will coordinate between clients, DJs, and live musicians, ensuring smooth communication before each event.

Role involves developing client leads and generating new bookings for incentives, with flexible workload and occasional on-site attendance when required.

Qualifications

• Currently resident in the UAE with a legal basis to undertake the work.
• Strong written and spoken English, organization and client communication.
• Experience in events, entertainment bookings, hospitality or client coordination.
• Comfortable using online booking systems and working independently.
• Professional approach suitable for premium private events and yacht clients.

Hybrid Flow Events is a premium live entertainment business providing DJ and live musician packages for private events and yacht clients in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries, bookings and availability using our Amelia booking system.

• Coordinate between clients, DJs and live musicians.

• Follow up on enquiries, confirmations, schedules and event details.

• Maintain booking records and ensure smooth communication before each event.

• Proactively develop client leads and generate new bookings for additional performance based compensation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Currently resident in the UAE with an appropriate legal basis to undertake the work.

• Strong written and spoken English, organization and client communication.

• Experience in events, entertainment bookings, hospitality or client coordination.

• Comfortable using online booking systems and working independently.

• Professional approach suitable for premium private events and yacht clients.

Compensation: Negotiable fixed fee for an agreed limited workload, plus separately agreed incentives for successfully generated bookings. The role may expand as the business grows.
