Job summary

Najam Al masar is seeking a multitasking Operations Coordinator to manage GPS devices and related software. The role involves coordinating installations, maintenance, and inventory, while serving as the primary contact for customer operational requirements across fleet management tasks.

The candidate should be proficient in GPS platforms (Uffizio, Wialon) and Excel, with strong communication and scheduling skills to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in GPS tracking or fleet management.
• Basic knowledge of GPS installation procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Experience with GPS platforms such as Uffizio, Wialon, Trackzee or similar.

GPS Devices Technical Coordination

Handle and maintain GPS tracking devices accessories and related equipment Have basic knowledge of GPS devices installation procedures and troubleshooting Coordinate with technicians regarding device installations removals replacements and maintenance Monitor device functionality and coordinate technical support whenever required

GPS Tracking Software Management

Manage daily operations through GPS tracking software platforms Handle customer accounts vehicle details device assignments and software configurations Work with GPS tracking platforms such as Uffizio and Wialon Monitor vehicle tracking status and assist customers with software-related requirements Generate and assist with GPS tracking reports and customer requests

Customer Support Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for customer operational requirements Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls WhatsApp and email Understand customer requirements and provide timely assistance Follow up on customer complaints and ensure proper resolution Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers Take responsibility for customer requests until they are completed

Inventory Stock Management

Maintain proper records of GPS devices SIM cards accessories and other materials Monitor available stock and daily device consumption Identify possible shortages and inform management in advance Coordinate with suppliers and management for stock replenishment Maintain accurate records of issued returned damaged and unused devices

Scheduling Operations Coordination

Arrange GPS installation removal replacement and maintenance schedules according to customer requirements Coordinate with customers and technicians to confirm appointments Ensure technicians have the required devices SIM cards and accessories before installation Monitor daily operational activities and ensure jobs are completed on schedule Prepare daily operational updates and report pending tasks to management

Previous experience in GPS tracking, fleet management or vehicle tracking operations is preferred. Basic technical knowledge of GPS tracking devices and installation procedures. Good understanding of GPS tracking software and vehicle monitoring systems. Experience with Uffizio, Wialon, Trackzee or similar platforms will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be confident in handling customer calls, WhatsApp and emails. Good coordination, time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Responsible, organised and customer-focused. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic computer applications.
