Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a Site Supervisor in Dubai to oversee daily construction activities for fit-out projects, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. The role requires coordinating site teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree or Diploma with 4–7 years of UAE/GCC fit-out experience, and will manage snagging, testing, and handover activities as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of supervisory experience, preferably in fit-out/interior projects.
• UAE/GCC fit-out experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed per approved drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors, technicians, and other site personnel.
• Monitor progress and ensure activities are on schedule; ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower.
• Maintain daily site records and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and outstanding activities.

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and project requirements Coordinate and supervise site workers subcontractors technicians and other site personnel Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule Read and interpret architectural structural MEP and other construction drawings Coordinate with Site Engineers Project Engineers consultants and contractors to resolve site-related issues Ensure proper use of construction materials tools equipment and manpower Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications Conduct regular site inspections and report construction progress delays and technical issues Ensure that approved materials are used and properly stored at the site Coordinate material requirements with procurement and stores teams to avoid delays Maintain daily site records manpower reports work progress reports and site activity logs Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental HSE requirements at the site Identify unsafe practices or conditions and immediately report or rectify them in coordination with the HSE team Coordinate inspections with QA QC teams and ensure identified defects are corrected Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed requirements Assist in resolving technical and construction-related problems at site Coordinate site measurements and support quantity verification where required Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and outstanding activities Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site Assist with snagging rectification testing commissioning and project handover activities Maintain accurate records of site instructions inspections approvals and completed works

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field. 4–7 years relevant supervisory experience, preferably within fit-out or interior projects. UAE/GCC relevant fit-out experience mandatory.
