Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Safety Manager / EHS Construction Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment on-site across complex construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. You will collaborate with partners, report to senior leaders, and drive best-in-class EHS processes to protect personnel and the project.

The role requires extensive EHS experience in construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Health, Safety and Environment management in construction projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to conduct audits, investigations and drive continuous improvements.
Experience with high-risk construction environments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to build a Health, Safety and Environment culture across the project.
Communicate EHS activities to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Perform internal audits and support non-conformances and improvements.
Establish KPIs and share results via dashboards.
Review and implement the EHS plan and procedures.
Maintain strong on-site field presence through inspections and audits.
Oversee projects ensuring EHS processes are followed.
Participate in risk reviews and manage EHS risks.
