Job summary

RAS Investment Group is seeking a detail-oriented Restaurant Cashier to manage all financial transactions within our POS system. The role emphasizes transactional accuracy, daily reconciliation, and coordination with service staff, delivery platforms, and the kitchen, with no guest-hosting duties.

The ideal candidate has proven cashier or junior accounting experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail, and is proficient with POS systems and basic spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Cashier, POS Operator, or Junior Accountant within F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong proficiency with modern POS systems and basic spreadsheet software.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and ability to perform fast calculations without discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process guest transactions (cash, cards, digital wallets) accurately and quickly.
• Enter and manage orders in POS from staff or online platforms.
• Open/close cash drawers and reconcile balances with shift reports.
• Document order modifications, voids, or cancellations per SOPs.
• Deliver daily cash drops and shift reports to Supervisor or Finance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch to ensure invoices match orders.
• Maintain organized receipts, vouchers, and settlement records.
