Responsibilities

• Count cash in cash money drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure amounts are correct and enough cash on hand.
• Welcome customers to the facility and maintain a friendly service attitude.
• Keep checkout locations tidy and organized for efficient service.
• Handle customer complaints and settle issues as they arise.
• Answer customers' inquiries and provide information on procedures or policies.
• Record and post totals of purchases and reconcile against sales.
• Post fees to guests' or customers' accounts and manage transactions.
