Job summary

Sharaf DG in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee site activities, ensure schedules, budgets and quality meet client expectations while coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining documentation.

You will support safety plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least two years of experience are required along with IT skills and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Proficient with computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Software knowledge – MS Projects/ Primavera will be preferred.
• UAE Driving License + Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project lists, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate with the subcontractor on daily/weekly tasks.; manage site with sub-contractor.
• Daily site progress report monitoring and updating client.
• Document important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and final handover meets client expectations.
• Safety: conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure PPE usage and compliance.
