Job summary

AMS Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive focused on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and rental operations in an onsite role. You will drive sales, coordinate test rides and support marketing initiatives to grow the business.

The ideal candidate has proven automotive sales experience, strong product knowledge, excellent communication and a track record of closing deals. You will work with a dynamic team and engage corporate and individual customers.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell brand new and used motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs to individual and corporate customers.
• Manage and expand the motorcycle rental business, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Arrange and oversee test rides to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions using CRM tools and other software.
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties as required by the business.
