Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician in Dubai to deliver hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support within a modern, Intune-managed workplace.

You will manage device enrolment, Intune configurations, Microsoft 365, and application deployments, while also supporting AV and collaboration technologies across meeting rooms and video conferences. Prior corporate experience, ideally in professional services, is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in corporate environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.
• Manage device enrollment and onboarding in Intune.
• Support AV and meeting room systems, incl. Teams Rooms.
