Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Dedicated Technical Consultant to deliver high-end HPC solutions on site at a key account in UAE (Abu Dhabi). Responsibilities include supporting the pre-sales team, troubleshooting HPC hardware and software, maintaining customer relationships, and staying current with Cray Ex Liquid cooled systems and NVL72 training.

Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering, 3–4 years HPC or storage, and Linux/Unix expertise are required; relocation to UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
• Knowledge in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise storage.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems is required.
• HPC hardware support experience is advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support high-end HPC solutions for the account.
• Provide technical support and leadership for HPC projects.
• Assist in scoping and sizing HPC services with pre-sales.
• Manage day-to-day HPC support and maintenance at the client site.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 and external partners; maintain customer relationships.
