Job summary

Absolute Technical Systems LLP is seeking an experienced HDPE Foreman to oversee HDPE plumbing installations on construction projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead crews, read blueprints, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate materials and activities to meet project timelines.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent coordination with engineers and project managers, and a focus on delivering compliant, high-quality HDPE systems on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HDPE plumbing crews on construction sites.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and specifications for HDPE installations.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage on site.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise HDPE plumbing crews and coordinate daily activities.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan HDPE installations and joining methods.
• Ensure installations comply with relevant standards and project specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct PPE briefings on site.
• Manage materials, tools and equipment, maintaining and operating HDPE fusion machines.
• Conduct quality inspections and mentor junior plumbers and laborers.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers and clients to report progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports for management.
