Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Valid plumbing license; safety and project management certifications are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, oversee daily activities, and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect sites for safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Lead, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices and assistants; provide guidance on complex tasks.
• Maintain records of progress, materials, labour hours, and incidents.
