Job summary

Heilbronn Properties in Dubai is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to supervise and coordinate plumbing works at construction sites. You will lead the plumbing team, ensure work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, reading drawings, coordinating with site engineers and MEP teams, monitoring progress, managing manpower and materials, and maintaining HSE compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, preferably in construction projects.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman.
• Good knowledge of plumbing installation and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings.
• Strong team supervision and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbers and helpers and allocate daily work activities.
• Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, MEP teams, and other trades.
• Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and inspection of plumbing works.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues and report progress to the concerned engineer.
