Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, up to 5 years of E&I experience, and proficiency with drawings, loop

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering is required.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in E&I installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to handle project documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation and testing activities.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and specifications.
• Plan daily activities in coordination with Production and Planning teams.
• Ensure proper sequencing of electrical and instrumentation works.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems including cables, panels, MCCs, DBs, and motors.
• Coordinate calibration, loop checking, signal testing, and instrument connections.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and client representatives during inspections, testing, and handover.
• Allocate manpower effectively and supervise Foremen to achieve productivity targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance.
