Job summary

ASBIS is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator in the United Arab Emirates to manage online store listings, promotions, and day-to-day sales operations across multiple channels.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor inventory, and prepare performance reports to drive online revenue growth. A 1–3 year track record in e-commerce and strong Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities across online retail and marketplace accounts
• Manage product listings, content updates, and new SKU launches
• Execute pricing updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock availability
• Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports with actionable insights
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance teams
• Ensure accurate data, timely issue resolution, and compliance with company processes
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and operational efficiency
