Job summary

Asbis Middle East is seeking an energetic e-commerce coordinator to manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory across online channels. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or account coordination, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and organization abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales support, or account coordination.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with online retailers, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings content updates and new SKU launches across online channels.
• Coordinate daily promotions, pricing updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock availability.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics and Finance teams.
