• E-Commerce apparel buying experience is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Manage local and international external fashion brands across multiple categories.
• Own sales, margin, OTB, stock, sell-through, and commercial targets.
• Develop buying and assortment strategies for the online channel.
• Manage multiple vendors, brands, categories and product models.
• Build relationships with local and international brand owners, distributors and agents.
• Identify and onboard new brands and business opportunities.
• Analyse online trading performance and convert insights into buying and assortment decisions.
• Monitor sales, conversion, ASP, sell-through, stock cover, markdowns and margin.
• Ensure the assortment is commercially relevant, competitive and customer-focused.
• Track local, GCC and international fashion trends and identify new opportunities.
• Use AI and data-driven tools for forecasting, assortment planning and trading optimisation.
• Work closely with e-commerce, merchandising, marketing and supply chain teams.
