Job summary

Every is reimagining back-office operations for startups, offering payroll, bookkeeping, and tax solutions with a scalable onboarding model. This role focuses on managing customer onboarding from contract to go-live, coordinating across multiple teams.

You will lead client Zoom sessions, configure products, and ensure timely contract completion. Candidates should have a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills for executive calls, and a systems-driven,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of onboarding, customer success, or relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, with confidence on executive video calls.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong project coordination instincts.
• Highly responsive and organized with a systems-driven approach.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Quick to learn new tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Surface blockers early and drive resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and clearly
• Build and refine onboarding playbooks as the company scales
