Qualifications

• 3+ years experience designing or running structured onboarding or training programs.
• Experience in fast-paced operations, BPO, or healthcare SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with payor enrollment related applications and processes.
• Proven experience building and maintaining training materials and documentation.
• Expertise in GSuite tools including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
