• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new joiners.
• Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment and employee documentation.
• Reduce onboarding delays through effective coordination and follow-up.
• Support timely completion of internal and government approval processes.
• Enhance communication and collaboration between HR, hiring managers, government entities, and external stakeholders.
