Job summary

Innovo Group is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager in Dubai to lead on-site mechanical and electrical construction activities, including planning, coordination, and delivery of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and low-current systems. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in MEP construction with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems.
• Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC, NEC, IEC).
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MEP construction team across all project phases.
• Review designs, drawings, specs, and method statements for constructability.
• Plan and schedule MEP activities with civil and architectural disciplines.
• Monitor site progress, manage resources, ensure timely completion.
• Ensure installations comply with local regulations and standards.
• Oversee procurement of MEP materials with procurement team.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Identify risks, delays and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and management.
• Ensure QA/QC and HSE across all site activities.
