Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on 1st/2nd line IT support in a modern, Intune-managed workplace in Dubai. You will deploy devices, configure Company Portal, and support Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, and AV systems across meeting spaces.

You’ll work directly with users in a corporate environment, including law firms or professional services, ensuring quality service and quick issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in legal services.
• Proactive, professional and client-facing IT support.
• Hands-on 1st/2nd line IT support experience.
• Experience with Intune-managed Windows endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support within a modern corporate workplace.
• Device enrolment, Intune deployment and Company Portal configuration.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• AV/meeting room support across conference spaces and rooms.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding and service desk tickets.
• Maintain documentation and assist with asset management.
