Job summary

B2 Connect is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to manage on-site coordination for high-density WiFi, ELV and security projects in the UAE. You will act as the main on-site contact between internal teams, subcontractors, and the client, ensuring projects run on schedule and within budget.

The role involves coordinating meetings, permits, safety training, and daily progress reporting, with potential involvement in business development outside peak event seasons.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating large-scale events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong report-writing and daily progress updates.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Basic understanding of ELV, networking and site access procedures in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Attend client daily project coordination meetings and represent B2 Connect on site.
• Update internal teams and subcontractors on schedule changes and deliverables.
• Report daily progress to client and management with completed work and upcoming activities.
• Obtain access permits and ensure health and safety training for all on-site staff.
• Coordinate delivery, storage and security of equipment and materials on site.
• Liaise with venue operators, production teams and contractors on shared spaces and power.
