Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Investigations Specialist to support the Group Ethics and Compliance function in investigating potential compliance breaches, promoting ethical business practices and strengthening organizational integrity.

The role involves gathering and analyzing investigation evidence, maintaining confidential case records, preparing reports and supporting compliance training and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in investigations or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of legislation, regulations and investigations processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support investigations team in reviewing potential breaches of policies and regulations.
• Gather, organize and analyze evidence relevant to investigations.
• Prepare investigation findings, reports and management briefings.
• Maintain confidential investigation records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Business Integrity, Legal and Compliance teams as needed.
• Assist in communicating investigation outcomes while preserving confidentiality.
