Job summary

Global Investigations Firm Middle East is seeking an Associate Director Investigations Due Diligence & Fraud to lead complex pre-transaction due diligence, fraud misconduct investigations and related disputes for cross-border engagements across the Middle East, with autonomy, judgment and discretion.

Ideal candidates will bring 10–12 years in Big 4 forensic disputes or risk advisory, or senior advisory roles in large firms; demonstrated ability to sign off reports, communicate findings clearly,

A global investigations firm is seeking a mid-level investigator with Arabic to join its investigations due diligence and fraud practice. This role is designed for experienced advisory professionals who bring credibility and a track record of leading complex engagements.

The Role

• Complex pre-transaction and strategic due diligence
• Fraud misconduct and integrity investigations
• Disputes and litigation-support assignments
• High-risk market entry and counterparty assessments

Engagements are typically cross-border time-sensitive and judgment-driven requiring discretion independence of thought and the ability to operate without heavy institutional scaffolding.

Candidate Profile

This role is well suited to professionals with 10-12 years experience currently or recently operating in:

• Big 4 forensic disputes investigations or risk advisory practices
• Large consulting or accounting firms with exposure to sensitive matters
• Senior advisory or research-led roles supporting boards GCs or investment committees

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Proven experience leading investigations or diligence engagements end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report sign-off
• Sound commercial judgement and an understanding of risk reputation and enforcement dynamics

You do not need to have spent your career in a pure investigations firm. Candidates transitioning from broader advisory environments are actively encouraged.
