Job summary

Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants is seeking a Project Engineer based in Dubai to manage and coordinate project technical matters. The role includes ensuring projects meet approved standards, quality, and authority requirements while facilitating communication among clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with engineering consultants.
UAE experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of construction procedures and site coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities between consultant, contractor, client, and stakeholders.
Review contractor submissions including shop drawings and technical proposals.
Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
Ensure project works meet authority and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper records of project correspondence and documentation.
Monitor contractor progress against the approved program of works.
Maintain professional communication with the Client and Contractor.
