Job summary

Confidential Company is looking for a Technical Coordinator to lead design and technical reviews in Dubai. The ideal candidate will need extensive experience with high-rise building projects and strong coordination skills with various stakeholders.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in UAE with a Tier-1 Main Contractor. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit/BIM are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in a Technical or Design Coordination role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the UAE with a Tier‑1 Main Contractor.
• Experience on high‑rise/mid‑rise projects (G+20 and above).
• Strong expertise in reviewing structural and architectural drawings.
• Understanding of local authority processes and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit/BIM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews and coordinate designs across disciplines.
• Serve as the technical liaison between site teams and consultants.
• Provide solutions for on‑site technical issues to maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings and authority regulations.
• Manage documentation of technical submittals and RFIs.
• Propose value engineering opportunities for projects.
• Mentor junior staff and site engineers.
