business-umbrella is seeking a precise Typist / Data Entry Officer in the UAE to convert paper documents and recordings into accurate digital formats, update databases, and maintain organized archives. The role requires high accuracy, strong typing speed, and attention to detail, with on-site work in the UAE.

You will handle confidential data, perform document preparation, and support administrative teams with routine tasks using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of typing/data entry/administration experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately type and update records in company systems.
• Convert paper or audio sources into digital formats and organize files.
• Proofread documents for typos and data accuracy before finalizing.
• Organize, index, and archive documents for retrieval and auditing.
• Handle confidential information in line with data privacy policies.
• Provide general administrative support like printing, scanning and file distribution.
