Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Zayed Military City, AE. You will support mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities and participate in hardware installations, migrations, and structured cabling.

The role requires 2+ years in data centers or IT infrastructure, strong cabling and server hardware experience, and professional English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber).
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro).
• Professional communication skills in English.
• Own transportation and ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
