Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a qualified Camp Boss in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily camp operations, including facilities maintenance, housekeeping, and food services. You will manage resident check-ins, supervise staff, and ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

The role requires 3+ years of camp management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to live on-site if required. Competitive salary in AED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role.
• Experience in managing and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the camp, including maintenance, housekeeping, and food services.
• Ensure all camp facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Supervise and train camp staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of camp residents and visitors, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient services for camp residents.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
• Manage camp budget and expenses, including ordering and inventory of supplies.
