Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the E&P industry as a Tender Coordinator and Contract Administrator.
• Minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas experience specifically in drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations and drilling-related contracts.

• Lead the preparation, submission, and evaluation of drilling tenders.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle including drafting and negotiating terms.
• Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks in tender processes.
