Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience in EPC contracts and contract administration.
• Proven experience in managing contractual claims, variations, change orders, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Good knowledge of contract terms and conditions, commercial risks, and contractual obligations.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing contractual correspondence, notices, claims, amendments, and commercial documentation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, clients, and subcontractors.
• Previous experience in UAE/GCC Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contract forms and previous ADNOC project experience will be an advantage.
