Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to lead talent acquisition for the oil and gas sector. The role reports to the SME Talent Acquisition Head and focuses on building pipelines, screening candidates, and managing offers and onboarding across the Southern Middle East Region.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in technical recruitment, with experience in oil & gas, and are willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive recruitment experience in technical talent acquisition.
Experience with oil & gas and energy sectors is highly desirable.
Domestic and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Resume sourcing: collaborate with product line managers to understand needs and source candidates from diverse resources.
Talent pipeline: build and maintain candidate pipelines across Southern Middle Region.
Candidate screening: conduct initial HR screenings and assess technical competencies.
Offer preparation: generate offers and process onboarding documentation.
Talent reports: keep recruitment data up to date in HRIS for reporting.
Documentation & compliance: gather documents and ensure policy and local law compliance; suggest process improvements.
