Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking a Store Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee day-to-day store and warehouse operations for oil & gas activities. You will coordinate receipt, storage, and issue of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring HSE compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3-7 years in stores/warehouse roles, with a diploma or bachelor’s in supply chain or related field, and familiarity with ERP systems would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of stores, warehouse, inventory, or material-control experience, preferably with supervisory exposure in an oil & gas or industrial environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Additional inventory, ERP, or HSE certifications may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations supporting oil & gas activities.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements through the applicable inventory system.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against system records.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, labelled, stored, and preserved according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, operations, and other relevant teams for timely material availability.
• Maintain material receiving, issuing, transfer, and inventory documentation for traceability.
• Ensure store activities comply with applicable HSE procedures and site requirements.
