Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor for a major Oil & Gas client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will supervise piping installation on site, read drawings, and prepare work plans and technical proposals to meet project requirements.

The role demands strong knowledge of piping procedures, ability to coordinate with construction teams, and a commitment to safety. A Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of piping installation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in piping installation and site supervision.
• Strong ability to read piping drawings and understand installation procedures.
• Familiarity with piping installation procedure documents and codes.
• Ability to independently prepare piping work plans and technical proposals.
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Willingness to work overtime when required by project activities.
• Own laptop for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate piping installation activities at the project site.
• Read and execute work according to piping drawings and approved installation procedures.
• Independently prepare piping-related work plans and technical proposals.
• Ensure activities comply with project requirements, codes, specs and procedures.
• Coordinate piping installation, pressure testing, and reinstatement activities.
• Collaborate with construction teams and other disciplines for smooth site execution.
• Maintain effective communication with the project team and support timely completion of piping tasks.
• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
