Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor for a major Oil & Gas client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will supervise piping installation on site, read drawings, and prepare work plans and technical proposals to meet project requirements.

The role demands strong knowledge of piping procedures, ability to coordinate with construction teams, and a commitment to safety. A Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of piping installation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in piping installation and site supervision.
• Strong ability to read piping drawings and understand installation procedures.
• Familiarity with piping installation procedure documents and codes.
• Ability to independently prepare piping work plans and technical proposals.
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Willingness to work overtime when required by project activities.
• Own laptop for work purposes.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in piping installation.

• Good knowledge of applicable codes and specifications related to piping installation, pressure testing, and piping reinstatement.
• Good command of English – listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Must be willing and able to adapt to frequent/long-term overtime work when required by project activities.
• Candidate must have their own laptop computer for work purposes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with previous experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or large-scale industrial piping projects will be preferred. Experience working in the UAE/GCC Oil & Gas environment will be an added advantage.
