Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Procurement Lead for an offshore subsea project. You will lead procurement for offshore EPC/FEED/brownfield/greenfield efforts, coordinating sourcing, tendering, vendor management, expediting, and strategy to meet project milestones.

The role requires extensive oil and gas procurement experience, collaboration with engineering, construction, logistics, and QA/QC teams, and strong negotiation and leadership capabilities to optimize cost, schedule, and risk.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering; Masters/MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years procurement experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or Energy sector.
Experience managing procurement packages for offshore oil and gas projects; packages > USD 50–100 million is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for offshore EPC, FEED, brownfield, and greenfield projects.
Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with execution plans.
Coordinate procurement from requisition to PO award and delivery.
Lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance reviews.
Manage expediting, logistics, and offshore delivery requirements.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC procedures, ICV, and budget controls.
