Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Lead Procurement Engineer to drive offshore procurement for ADNOC Offshore projects. You will lead procurement activities, develop plans, manage major equipment, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and company procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, deep procurement knowledge, and ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, and project controls to secure on-time deliveries and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects.
• At least 5 years in a Lead Procurement Engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for offshore oil & gas EPC/PMC projects.
• Develop and implement procurement plans, strategies, and schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Manage procurement of major equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
• Monitor procurement progress and provide regular status reports to project management.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC,Construction, Planning, and Project Controls teams.
