Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Construction Superintendent (Structure) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to lead the structural elements of major projects. You will ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to exact specifications, coordinating field teams and subcontractors.

You should bring an engineering degree and extensive offshore fabrication and site supervision experience, with strong safety knowledge and the ability to resolve technical issues and lead multidisciplinary crews on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• 18+ years of experience, with 10+ years in oil and gas.
• Experience in offshore fabrication activities.
• Extensive experience in structural construction and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and construction processes.
• Ability to manage teams, solve technical issues, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structural components of construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and specifications.
• Manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Plan work processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
